Throughout the Visual Yoga, you are guided to move at your own pace, honoring your body’s needs in each moment. Visual Yoga develops the body, mind and spirit in a compassionate and non-judgmental way.

Etti Inbal is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. She has practiced Yoga for twenty years. In her Yoga practice Etti had found a source of balance, harmony, well-being, creativity and inner strength that enriched her life. She wishes to share this blessing with her students.

Etti's experience in educational technology, web design and teachers training led her to a deep understanding of how people learn and how to address the strength and specific needs of teachers and students.

Recently, Etti developed a project "Empowering Communications with Hard of Hearing". She explored ways to open new possibilities and equal oportunities for them.

As a student in Etti’s beginner class you will develop strength, flexibility, and concentration through Yoga postures and through the coordination of breath and movement.

Private Visual Yoga classes are offered for those with no Yoga experience or those who may wish to review the basic Yoga postures. You will learn and practice basic Yoga postures, as well as meditation and conscious breathing techniques.
